My Personal Training journey started back in 2016 when I had to recover from a massive ski injury that almost took my life (that's correct I’m a Jamaican that skies at 70 miles per hour). The road to recovery was tough but it was through fitness that I was able to bounce back and within doing so my passion for becoming a personal trainer grew. In 2020 I started training one on one clients and since then I have trained groups of up to 500 people at once.
